Flange Alignment Pins provide a precise, repeatable method for aligning CF flanges during assembly, maintenance, and frequent chamber access. Designed for standard 5/16‑inch through‑hole CF flanges, they are compatible with common sizes including 3.38″, 4.5″, 6″, 8″, 10″, and 12″, as well as any other flange with the same hole specification.
Each pin installs through a 5/16″ flange hole and is secured from the backside with a threaded fastener. Using at least two pins provides stable, repeatable alignment — ideal for vacuum systems where flanges are routinely removed and reinstalled.
